PADDLESPORTS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES

Our one-year limited manufacturer's warranty is in partnership with paddlesports and other selected items in collaboration with licensed partners: Body Glove, Nautica, Eddie Bauer, and Airwalk. Products covered under this warranty include the coverage applicable to the item as stated in the packaging components, user manual, or associated materials.
 
Our product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to one year (up to two years in the EU and UK only) from the date of purchase. If the product is defective, SURF 9 LLC, at its discretion, will issue a new, like new or similar model product excluding any shipping charges. If you are missing any accessories, please contact SURF 9 customer service at customerservice@surf9.com. Warranty extends to original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Sales receipt is required. You can register your product at: www.registermyboard.com.
 
AUSTRALIA: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Products covered under this warranty include the coverage applicable to the item as stated in the packaging components, user manual, or associated materials.
